You can reach our team by email at [email protected], by phone at (888) 507-6260, or by mail. We help with questions about an amone loan request, our request form and your personal data, while questions about a specific loan go to the lender that made the offer.
How to reach us
Email is the fastest way to reach our team, and phone and mail work too; include the email address you used on your request so we can find it quickly.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: (888) 507-6260
- Mail: 4039 Willow Drive, Suite 129, Jefferson City, MO 65101
Please do not send your full Social Security number, bank account number or passwords by email. We will never ask for them that way, and a short description of your question is enough for us to start.
When to expect a reply
We usually answer emails and voicemails within one business day, and mailed letters may take longer depending on postal delivery times.
Busy periods, such as weeks after major holidays, can add a little time. If your question concerns a deadline on a lender's personal loan offer, say so in the subject line and we will do our best to respond sooner.
What our team can and cannot help with
Our team can explain how the request form works, update or withdraw a request, and handle privacy questions, but we cannot change a lender's decision or see your loan account.
We are a free matching service, not a lender. That means we can help you with:
- Questions about filling out or resubmitting the request form.
- Correcting contact details you entered by mistake.
- Stopping further matching on a request you no longer need.
- Explaining what happens to your information after you submit it.
- General questions about how a personal loan offer is typically structured.
- Feedback you want to share after reading amone reviews or using our form.
We cannot approve or decline anyone, change an APR or loan term, speed up funding, accept payments, or look up a balance on an existing loan. Lenders make all credit decisions and set all terms. Our page on how the request process works walks through each step if you want the full picture first.
How to reach your lender
Contact the lender directly for anything about an offer you accepted, including payments, due dates, payoff amounts and hardship options, using the details printed on your loan agreement.
Your lender's name, phone number and customer portal usually appear on the offer page, the welcome email and the signed agreement. If you cannot find them, write to us with the date of your request and we can tell you which lenders received it, so you can follow up with the right company.
Privacy and data requests
Send privacy requests, such as access, deletion or opting out of marketing, to [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
We may ask you to confirm a few details so we know the request comes from you. Our privacy policy explains your data choices, including the rights California residents have. Keep in mind that lenders who already received your amone loan request keep their own records under their own policies, so you may need to contact them as well.
